Can you email me pictures of the bedrooms?

 

We do not post pictures of the bedrooms because our tenants' personal belongings are private. All the bedrooms have a closet and a window. The floors are hardwood on the main level and carpet with premium underlay on the lower level. The bedroom sizes are listed on the floor plan pictures of each house.

 

Can we paint?

 

No, we'd like to keep the colours as they are. Each home is painted in light, neutral colours.

 

What is required to sign a lease?

 

You’ll need to fill out a rental application with a parent or guarantor and provide us with last month’s rent payment. Your guarantor is only responsible for your portion of the rent.

 

Am I allowed to sublet my unit?

 

Each case will be considered independently. We are open to discuss options.

 

What do I do if I have a maintenance issue?
